Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Life is full of challenges. Allah Ta’ala says:

Translation: Most definitely we will test you (to see whether you exercise sabr) with a (little) bit of fear, with hunger and with a shortage in wealth, life (the test is by way of illness, death, difficulties) and fruit (produce and products). So give good news (of entering Jannah) to those who exercise sabr.                                                [Verse 2:155]

When one faces challenges in life, he should regard it as a test of his Iman. The best way to overcome the challenges of life is to do the following:

1)    Submit to taqdeer and the decree of Allah

2)    Allah Ta’ala says:

Translation: Seek assistance with sabr and salaah                 [Verse 2:45]

3)    Make dua to Allah. Allah says:

Translation: Supplicate (make dua) to me, I shall respond (in a manner that is most beneficial for you).

[Verse 40:60]

If you experience anything unusual and you suspect external interferences like black magic or jinn, then you should refer to an Aamil who is qualified in treating such issues.

We advise reading the manzil, blowing in water and drinking it. This is affective against all evil forces.

You may try the inquired mantra.[i] However there is nothing equivalent in repelling evil forces in comparison to a verse of the Quran & Duas.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
